This mouthwatering, peppery Soppressata is handmade by local farmers from pasture-raised, whey-finished pork, making it a piece of charcuterie you do not want to miss. It's delicious on crackers with hard cheese and your favorite mustard, but you might also enjoy this trick:
Slice your soppressata thinly; saute it with 5 garlic cloves - also sliced- and a pinch each of red pepper and black pepper. Stir in the juice of a lemon, a big dollop of your favorite sour cream or Greek yogurt, and serve atop al dente linguini. That's amore.
